Well, another month come and gone! And, just think.... Christmas is only 2 months away!!! It's my fav time of the year. Well, it's suppose to be really nice weather wise for the next couple of days. We are allowed to dress up for Halloween at work tomorrow. I'll be going as a black cat. It was sort of last minute. I wanted to be a cow, since I love cows, but don't get me started as to why I'm not going as a cow!! LOL!
Anyways, I was looking out the window at work last week. It's so beautiful with all the yellows, reds, and oranges. It's a perfect example of God's beauty! Praise God that I am able to see that beauty!!!
Not much else has been going on. I'm thinking of passwork protecting this site of my blog. There are somethings that I would love to talk about that I can't talk about unless I do have that. Something for think about, I guess.
Things at work have been a little busy with me still trainging Dana and making sure that I have time to get my work done. I'm able to handle it. I'm not really all that pressed for time. I just try and pull the files I have to the day before I'm suppose to. That way, I only have to worry about droping my mail to the files. Luckily I've been having only 1 piece of pull mail for the last couple of days. It just saves me so much time if I do it that way.
Stephen and I are going out to see The Legend of Zoro this afternoon. I kind of liked The Mask of Zoro, so hopefully I will like this one, too.
Other than that, not much else is going on. I would like to get to bed a little earlier tonight since I have to get up earlier than I usually do to get my costume together. This is the first time in ages that I dressed up for Halloween, so I'm kind of looking forward to it.
I should get going. Have to do my makeup before we leave! Take care!

Rain, rain, go away. Come again another day!!
It's raining cats and dogs here tonight and is going to continue raining for the next couple of days. UG!! We're getting some of the rain from Hurricame Wilma.
Today was a great day, even though I was VERY busy. Dana called out again with the flu. She plans on being back in tomorrow. I got all the things I needed to get done, done. And, I was able to do Dana's mail for the day as well! Kim was so relieved that I did Dana's mail. Kim was going to do it herself, but I could see that she has lots of other things going on and that she more than likely will not have time to get to it. I e-mailed her asking her if it was ok if I did Dana's mail for her and she said ok just as long as I was caught up with everything else. I'm glad that I was able to help out. Kim was like "I owe you!" I told her that she didn't owe me anything and that I'm always there for her if she needs my help in getting things done. I feel like I accomplished a lot today. Every day for that matter. It's so rewarding! The point is why sit around and do "busy work", when there's mail to be droped to files for someone who's not able to get to it and will more than likely not be able to. I was the only who stepped up to the plate and was like, "Kim, I'll do the mail for you". Stephen couldn't do it because he had to do his mail for tomorrow this afternoon since he won't be in the office tomorrow. Juli was a little oeverwhelmed today, so she really couldn't get to it.
Anyways, not much else is going on. I'm rethinking some of the outfits I had set out for the week. I wore two shirts today and was actually comfortable. But, who knows about the rest of the week. The temp in the office can vary from day to day. One day you'll be freezing and the next it will feel like a sauna!! LOL!
Well, I guess I should get going. Gotta dry my hair before getting settled to go to bed. Have a good night and if it's raining where you are, try and stay dry. And, if you have ward sunshine,PLEASE send some our way!!!! :o) Good night!!

Good grief...where is this month going?! Things have been going good around here lately. Nothing new to really talk about. Just that that bout of rain we have a week and a half ago that lasted for seven days really knocked the energy right out of me.
Work is going great! Have I mentioned lately how much I really love my job? I just feel so much more rewared in what I do now than my previous job. I hardly felt rewarded there. But, all that is behind me now and I have a wonderful career to look forward to at AAA Mid-Atlantic Ins Group! YEAH!!!
We now have someone new in our unit, Dana. She's really nice. I think her and I are going to get along just fine. Kim, our boss, had me show her the ropes and how I do my mail and everything. I was excited that Kim wanted to me "train" the new girl. I never done anything like that before, so it was a new experience for me.
Thursday & Friday was kind of hectic in getting things done because Juli called out Thursday saying she twisted her ankle and Friday Dana called out with the flu. So, Kim had to do their mail for the days they were out and I helped her look up the mail that she couldn't find the files for. Kim know that she can always count on me to help her out with things when she needs it. She's going to be away the last week in December along with Stephen. So I asked her to show me a couple of things that she does so she doesn't have a lot to deal with when she comes back from vacation. Afterall, I would like for her to enjoy her vacation instead of worrying about what she's going to walk back in to. So, I told her whatever she thinks she is going to need help with, just let me know and I'll be more than happy to lend a helping hand.
I'm kind of glad the weekend is over. I'm still trying to adjust to having off on the weekends. I go out every other Saturday with a friend from my previous job, but that's basically all I really do. Although, this past Friday, Stephen and I went over to Lonestar for a nice dinner. I love their Key Lime pie! This time I actually had to send it back for a new slice because it was flattened and a bit runny.
I picked out my outfits for the week this afternoon. It's suppose to be in the 50s all week. Which is really cold for me. But, I never really know what to wear because sometimes they have the heat all the way up in the office and then it's too hot because I have a sweater on. So, as you can see, it's kind of hard to know what to wear. Never a happy medium. But, what can you do. Sometimes, I'll wear a short sleeve shirt and a button up sweater.
Well, I should get going. As of right now, the Cowboys are winning against the Seahawks!!! YEAH!!!! Cowboys are having a pretty decent so far this year! Which makes me a very happy camper!! :o)
Sweet dreams!!!

October 17 th, 2005
Sorry for the lack of updates! I've been so tired lately and just didn't have the energy for sitting in front of the computer.
Well, we are finally having some REALLY nice weather after
Anyways, things have been going good around here. We really
haven't been up to anything. Like I was saying, I've been tired
so I've just been resting.
I do have a couple of interesting stories to tell you that both occured this past Friday. First I went out to lunch with a couple of ladies I work with to TGI Fridays. Well, the service was absolutly horrable!! Now, I've been there plenty of times before and NEVER had a problem. We ordered ahead so we didn't have to wait or anything. We placed an order for 2 Buffalo Chiken Ceaser Salads and a desert. I did NOT tell them how many people were coming just placed the order. Well, the first thing they said when we walked through the door is that there are only suppose to be 2 people instead of 3 and were arguing over where they were going to have us sit. Then, they only bring us one of the salads. Out server said that she didn't take the order, so she didn't know what was going on. Well, to make a long story short, they finally brought us the other salad and desert. Which was tossed on the table instead of being put down in front of us. We voiced our concerns to our server and the manger with the end result being that we didn't have to pay for our lunch.
When we got home from work, I checked the mailbox to find a juror summons for federal court waiting for me!! ARG!!!! I was NOT happy to say the least! You should've seen me! I was so livid that it was actually histerical! I'm schedules for Monday, November 14th to go in. But, I have to call the Friday before to see if my # has been called to actually go in that day. And, it turns out, that I don't have to go that day, then I have to call every night for the next two weeks until they call the group my # is in or they don't say my # at all. So, I'm a little agrivated, but it's 4 weeks away so I'm not worried about it at the moment. I might not even have to go in, so why worry for nothing? I'll worry about it if I have to go in.
Well, I should get going. Lot's to do. Talk to yas soon!

October 2 nd, 2005
It was another chilly morning here in Williamstown, NJ. It won't last since it's suppose to be going up in to the lower 80s for today and the early part of this week. But, by the end of the we could see temps in the 60s!! I just love this time of year! The leaves are already starting to change! I love the colors of fall!
Not much going on today. Stephen and I are going out to the movies. He wants to see Serendipity. I have no clue what this movies is about! LOL! But, it's a chance to spend some time out together and to get out the house for a few hours. I just hope that the theatre doesn't have the volume cranked all the way up. There is such a thing as being to loud! There nothing worse at a movie than having the volume turned all the way up.
Anyways, tonight is pizza night.....AGAIN. Stephen's parents bring pizza over every Sunday night. Just to have pizza. There's no watching football or anything. To be honest, I'm getting a little bored by having pizza every week. Especially the pizza they like. If it was a different kind, than that would be different. But, they don't like anything but plain cheese. Don't get me wrong, I like pain cheese, too, but it wouldn't hurt anything to change it up a little or order from someplace else!! Well, the Cowboys are playing tonight so maybe I'll sit in the other room with a slice or two and a glass of cola.
I've been thinking of setting up another account through Comcast's site just for my collection of adoptions. I'm running out of room on this already. And, my adoptions take up 90% of the space right now. But, if I'm going to do that, I'm going to put them in the own catagories. That would take forever! That's why I'm not really rushing into such a huge project.
Well, I have to get my day started. Have a happy SONday!!

October 1 st, 2005
Well......it's another month come and gone already! I really can't wait for the cooler weater to settle in for good. This past week wasn't actually too bad. It's been in the upper 70's. Had to break out the sweaters a couple of days!
Things have been kind of slow around here lately. So, there's not much to really talk about. I do have another adoptions page I am working on. I was suppose to have it up a couple of weekends ago, but you know how life can happen sometimes. Stephen's at the movies with his mom this afternoon, so maybe I can get it up today or tomorrow. He sometimes watches a DVD at night, so maybe I can work on it a little tonight if he does.
It's been a little bit of a draining at work this week, but I got everything I wanted to done. I finished putting the notes in the system for my closed September files! That was my main goal. And, my boss did hire someone from within the company and if everything goes according to plan, she will start in our unit on October 17th. She's going to be coming from the service center and has to give them her two weeks notice.
Well, let me get going so I can take advantage of having the house to myself. Stephen should be back in just about an hour. So, I want to enjoy the quite time while I can, you know? Ladies, you know how it is, it's really nice to have sometime to yourself every once in a while! Keeps us sain!! :o) Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
