Happy Weekend, everyone!!!

Well, want an "interesting" past few days it has been for us. It all started a couple of weeks ago, Feb. 28th to be exact. My mother calls me for the first time since Christmas to tell me that my astranged bother knows our address and phone number. Claiming that he didn't tell her where he got the information, which leads us to believe that; 1. he was lying, or 2. she gave him our address and phone number against out wishes. Anway, then she preceeded to tell me that she is going to be evicted from her trailer on the 14th or 15th of this month because she is SO far behind on her lot rent. She hasn't had a job since August of 2006. She keet giving me a sob story on how there's no retail jobs out there right now. I told her before she even had the chance to ask that Stephen & I didn't not have the room or the money for someone else to be living here. She asked about our finished basement and I just told her that there's no room down there. Which is not a lie. Well, we got into this HUGE debate about my bother and her situation, which lead into her blaming an Aunt of mine for her giving my bother our number & address. I talk with my Aunt every week and I told my mother that there is NO WAY on earth she would do that.

Anyways, a couple of nights a go, we get home from work and we see that some one has tried to call us, but didn't leave us a message. I didn't know the name on the caller id at the time. Then, just after dinner, someone called again, but this time they blocked their number (like we're going to pick up) we let the machine get it, no message. Around 8ish, we get another call from the person that was on our caller id. They did start to leave me a message about they have some news about my mother and that they need to talk to me. Stephen & I just looked at each other like, "what's going on now". We thought something happened to her because of tone of this person leaving the message. Well, Stephen hands me the phone and than this person went on to tell me about my mother's situation and asked me if we could help out finatialy. I told him that I went over with this with my mother before and that there is NOTHING we can do. Then the guilt trip, this person told me that they are afraid that if my mother ends up on the street, she is going to do something drastic like take her own life! That was the straw that broke the camel's back.

To make a long story short, we had our home number changed because we don't know who else my mother gave our number to so they can call and beg us for money. Those who REALLY know me, I think knows about all the BAD history between my mother & I. I can't go into all the sorted details right now, but I just need whoever reads this to say little prayers for Stephen & myself. We're so concerned that she is going to show up here with God only knows who and beat on our door to "confront" us about not helping her out. The funny thing is, that everything was ok for a while with her coming up for a couple of the holidays, but that was the only time I was comfortable having her here.

Not much else to really blog about. OH!!! I hear rumors online that Josh Groban might be doing a second concert at the Wachovia Center in Philly July 21st!!! I hope that's true. I already started saving money for it. I would LOVE to see him concert again! I just can't stop listening to his new CD & playing the concert over again in my head as it plays!!

Work is going great. Keeping busy as always. I have to get my Feb files done this week. Eventhough, they're not due for another 3 weeks. I have to get those done ahead of time. I also have a big medical bulk bill that I have to get done by April 8th. So, I have LOTS to do.

Stephen is going to the movies with him mom this afternoon, so that will give me a little time to do a little house work. Well, I hope that everyone enjoys their weekend! Stay safe!!

Hey bloggers! Long time no see!!!!

Well march 1st was the Josh Groban concert. Let me just say WOW!!! I'M SORRY, BUT JOSH IS SUCH A TOTAL HOTTY!!!!! I'M STILL TRYING TO COME DOWN OFF THE HIGH FROM THURSDAY NIGHT! WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE, WE COULD LOOK DOWN AND SEE THE TOUR BUSES, BUT COULDN'T FIND WHERE WE COULD GO TO GET DOWN THERE AFTER THE CONCERT, OH WELL.

IT WAS EVERYTHING THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND SO MUCH MUCH MORE!!!! I AM MOST DEFINATELY GOING TO SEE HIM AGAIN WHEN HE COMES BACK THIS WAY. IF IT'S TRUE THAT HE'LL BE BACK IN PHILLY IN JULY, I'M SO00000000 THERE! I'M SOOOOOOOOOO THERE!!!! HE MIGHT HAVE SANG ONE FROM HIS FIRST, BUT I JUST CAN'T REMEMBER OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. WE HAD MUCH BETTER SEATS ON THE FLOOR THAN WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE!!!!! WE WHERE DEAD CENTER OF THE STAGE NO MORE THAN 20 ROWS BACK!! WE THOUGHT THAT WE WERE GOING TO BE IN THE BACK MORE AND OFF TO THE SIDE. I HAD A PICTURE PERFECT VIEW OF JOSH THE ENTIRE TIME AND GOT SOME AWESOME PICS, SO I HOPE THEY TURN OUT OK SINCE IT'S NOT A DIGITAL. LOTS OF PEOPLE TAKING PICS, SO APPARENTLY THEY WERE LETTING CAMERAS IN. WHAT LITTLE SECURITY I DID SEE, DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE PICS. I KEPT ON BEING TOLD THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO LET ANY CAMERAS IN, BUT I WAS ABLE TO GET MINE IN. I WRAPED MINE UP IN THE PANTS I WORE TO WORK AND THEN I WRAPED MY PANTS UP IN MY COAT!!!!! OF COURSE I HAD TO TAKE A HUGE BAG WITH ME TO ACCOMPLISH THIS. ALL THEY HAD ME DO WAS OPEN MY BAG AND THE LADY JUST LOOKED ON TOP OF IT, DIDN'T GO THROUGH IT AT ALL!! THANK GOD!!!! MY FRIEND GOT HER DIGITAL IN, SO WHEN SHE COMES BACK FROM HAWII IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, SHE'S GOING TO PUT THOSE ON A DISC FOR ME AND I'LL POST A FEW.

JOSH WAS HIS GOOFY SELF AS ALWAYS! WE KEPT SCREAMING "WE LOVE YOU!" AND HIS STARTED OUT WITH THAT BARNEY SONG IN THE BARNEY VOICE! I SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS "LOVE YOU!" AND HE HEARD ME AND SAID "I LOVE YOU, TOO", IN THAT SOFT SWEET VOICE THAT HE HAS! I ALMOST DIED!!!!!! GOING TO HIS CONCERT WAS THE MOST AMAZING NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!! IT'S AMAZING HOW MUCH HEARING HIM PERFORM IN PERSON CAN EFFECT A PERSON. I WILL NEVER LISTEN TO HIS ALBUMS THE SAME WAY AGAIN. I JUST FINISHED LISTENING TO AWAKE AND ALL THAT WAS GOING TROUGH MY MIND WAS HIS PERFORMANCE FROM THE OTHER NIGHT. IT'S SUCH A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE. AT THE BEGINING SOME OF US WHERE CHANTING "JOSH!" BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER FOR THEM TO GET THE STAGE CLEANED UP FOR HIM .

SOMEONE GAVE HIM AN EAGLE SWEATSHIRT AND SOME GUYS UP IN THE UPPER LEVELS CHANTED THE EAGLES FIGHT SONG AND JOSH WAS LIKE "THERE ARE GUYS HERE!? REVEIL YOURSELVES! ENOUGH WITH THE VEST!" HE TOOK OFF THE VEST WHICH MADE ALLL THE GIRLS GO NUTS!!

I ENDED UP GETTING A PROGRAM AND A KEY CHAIN. THE ONLY POSTERS THAT THEY HAD WERE THESE REALLY HUGE SIGNED ONES THAT WERE $100. TOO MUCH FOR ME, BUT I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH WHAT I GOT. AND, AS WE WHERE LEAVING, WE WALKED BY TO SEE THE BUSES AGAIN AND ONE OF THEM WAS STARTING TO DRIVE AWAY, SO I WAVED HOPING THAT JOSH WOULD SEE ME. I KNOW, YOU CAN SAY IT, I'M A DORK!

I CRIED LIKE A BABY WHEN HE SANG YOU RAISE ME UP. I GOT TEARY EYED THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE THING BECAUSE YOU COULD REALLY FEEL HIS EMOTIONS AS HE WAS SINGING. BUT WHEN HE SANG YRMU IS WHEN I REALLY LOST IT. EVERYONE WAS PRETTY MUCH ON THERE FEET HALF WAY THROUGH THE SONG SWAYING BACK AND FORTH, IT WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!

OK, I'VE RAMBLED ENOUGH AND I KNOW THAT I LEFT SOMETHINGS OUT, I'M JUST STILL SO SHELLSHOCKED THAT I ACTUALLY SAW JOSH IN PERSON!!!! I'M MORE IN LOVE WITH HIM NOW THAN I WAS BEFORE!!!!
