Good morning!!!!

It's so windy out today!! Unlike yesterday when it was almost 60 degrees!

Yesterday, I did a little shopping!! Didn't get a lot, but I was able to get myself 3 tops and yet another pair of shoes. Stephen and I slipt what we got back from our state income tax, so I figured ........new clothes! Why not, right!

Well, yesterday starts another week. Not much going on tomorrow. I already did my mail for tomorrow on Friday, so I guess I will see what Kim, my supervisor will need help with. Hopefull she will have another bulk bill that I can get started on.

Today is going to be totaly devoted to laundry. We have so much stuff that has to be washed. I wish we have one of those industerial washers so we could just throw everything in and forget it!! LOL!

And I REALLY need to get caught up on my Bible reading. I've been so lazy with that. It's ashame that I can't even read 5 chapters a day. It's all lazyness, too. So, today I will sit down and read to my little heart's content. :o)

Well, breakfast is ready so I'd better get going.

Happy SONday!!!!!

Goin' shopping!! I will be going out to get a new pair of shoes today!!! Stephen has to take something back to Khols, so I'd figured I go and see what they have in shoes. I just need to have a pair that is somewhere in the light beige family for when I'm going to be wearing something white. Hopefully I can find something that is kind of like a boot. Khols seems to be having a huge sale this weekend because of the holiday, so they shouldn't be too expensive.

Other than that, not much else is going on. My weekly routine of picking out my clothes for the week is here. I kind of hate doing this because, I just feel like I am wearing the same things over and over again. I wish I could just go out and by myself an entire new wardrobe!!! But, I guess I'll just have to save up my money for that, too.

I can't believe that this month is almost over! I'm telling you..... next thing you know, it'll be Christmas!! Was that I hissing sound I just heard!!! LOL!!

I started making a little box cover for my desk at work from plastic canvas. I have really nice yarn that has mutiple colors in it. Browns, blues, reds, with a little touch of green. I started that on Friday. I was hoping that I'd get done in time to take to work tomorrow, but that's not going to happen. Oh well.

Well, Stephen's dad is going to be here around 11am to pick us up and it's already 9, so I gotta get my butt in gear and get dressed. Yes....it will take me a good hour or so to get myself together! LOL

Well, good morning, strangers!!
I think I'm begining to slack off in keeping this blog up again!

Anyways, it was a little bit of a busy week at work. I was still able to keep a day a head of myself, which always helps out a great deal. Like I mentioned before, I had to so my archiving for my Jan. closed files. I was able to get them done in 2 1/2 days. Plus, I finished putting all of my notes in the system saing what file is in what container and has which bar code. Now, my next project will be to do my bulk bill next week. I did my mail for Monday off and on yesterday, so I'll be able to concentrate on just that and my mail for Tuesday.

My review went really well on Wednesday. I thought it would. I can't see what my raise is going to be like. I won't find out what it's going to be until my April 21st's paycheck.

I've been slacking off in my Bible reading this week. I really have to buckle down and do this. I don't know if it's because I've been so tired this week, but that's no excuse. Stephen's going out to the movies this afternoon with his mom, so I'll take advantage of those 2 1/2 hours and get some reading done. My goal is to have Genesis finished by the end of the month. But, at the rate I'm going, that's not going to happen. So, that's why I have to sit and try to block out everything, which is kind of hard to do at home. I'm thinking of maybe read Job or Isaiah when I finished with Genesis. I know that I said that I was going to read straight through, but I'm not sure that is going to work out for me. So, on that note, say little prayers for me that I will be able to have better dicipline in getting my reading done like I am suppose to every day.

Good evening!!

It was a busy start to my week today. I'm so tired, I don't know what to do with myself!! I managed to get ahead in my work, though. I did my mail for tomorrow and I'm almost half way finished getting my archiving done for my Jan. closed files.

And, tomorrow is date night! Yep....still going to Lonestar! I can't wait! Now, all I have to do is decide what I am going to have to drink!!! I'm thinking a Cosmopolitan, but, I'm not sure. I'll have to take a look at their dring menu to see what else they have. I'm in the mood for something a little fruity, now that I think of it.

Tonight is going to have to be a short post. 7th Heaven is on in about 15 minutes and I still have to have my Bible reading.

Hello, fellow bloggers!!

Valentines' Day is fast approaching!! Stephen is taking me to the Lonestar after work on Tuesday. We just LOVE that place! And, I've discovered a new fav dish....Fettachine Alfredo with steamed veggies!! Talk about YUMMY FOR THE TUMMY!! There's a Lonestar right around the corner from where we work, so we plan on going there instead of driving all the way home, then going back out again to the one that is on the pike. Saves on gas!!

Well, we got a good amount of snow overnight into this morning! I think we got about 8-10 inches. It looks so pretty, though! I took a few pics of the pine trees in the back. I wish I had a digital camera to share them with you. I did bring in a little bit of the snow to show our Snowball to see what is reaction would be. After he sniffed it a little, he gave it a little nudge with his cute little bunny nose. He's too cute!!

I decided that I had to change the font in here. I just got a little aggrivated while I was at work and couldn't view my site the way I could as when I'm here at home.

I still have to get some quiet time in sometime this afternoon. Stephen just went down to watch a movie, so I guess now would be a good time to do so. I decided that the best thing for me at this point is to read from begining to end. Although, I can't wait to start reading the book of Psalms again. I'm also looking forward to reading Isaiah and Job. Job, I feel is a good book to read if you're studing Spritual Warfare.

Well, I guess on that note, I should get going and get some reading done. I've been doing pretty good, I've only missed one day in just about a week. I hope to get a little more read today than I did yesterday. I only got 2 or 3 chapters read. I'm not too happy about that. But, this is a learning process and over time, I won't even think about it. I'll just pick up my Bible like it was second nature. I can't wait to get to that point. I'm sick of feeling like I'm going to forget.

Howdy!!

I hope that all is well with everyone this morning!!

Boy am I glad that I did my mail for Monday yesterday! We got another list of files that we have to pull for an audit. This is the 5th audit in a month!! This most recent list actually has 5 parts to it. While I'm on the phones on Monday, I'm going to look up the files that are in my digits and see where they are (or should be) before I go hunting for them. 2 parts have to be done first thing Monday morning, but the others don't have to be done until the 21st. Of course, I'm going to pull them well before the 21st to get them done and out of the way.

It's going to be a busy week or two for me. Not only to I have to do the audit, I have to do get my Jan. closed files typed up on a spreadsheet, pulled, and boxed up, and I have a bulk bill that I have to do. Once, I get something small like pulling the files for audit out of the way, I'll be set to go. And, since there are only 88 1/2 pages to the bulk bill that I have to do, I can get that knocked out in 4 days with doing 22 pages a day. And, during the day work on my archives for my Jan. closed files. The bulk bill isn't due until March 8th, so I have afford not doing that until next week so I can concentrate on getting my archiving done, since that has to be done by the 28th. I love doing time management!!

My yearly review is sometime next week. So, I'm looking forward to that.

They are calling for a good amount of snow for us today into tomorrow! They don't know what they are talking about. First, they said that we weren't going get the snow. Then, it turned into we could get up to 6 inches. Then, it went to 5-10 inches. Then, it went to 6-12 inches. Now it's at 306 inches as of yesterday afternoon. I love how they keep up to date on everything. They should've updated since yesterday, but I guess that would be too easy.

Well, let me get going, it's still early, so I'm going to head back to bed for a while. Take care!!

Wow....what a great start to the week I had! I was able to do my mail for tomorrow and my supervisor, Kim, showed me how to do a couple more things that will free her up to do other things. One is another bulk bill. This one is for the people we use for our precerts on medical. She has a lot that she has to deal with at the moment, so anthing that I can do to make her job easier and less stressful, I'll be more than happy to take care of for her. The other is how to look up and order files from the whse. Now, I don't have to "bug" my hubby, or Kim to look something up for me, I can do it myself!!! As you all know by now, I just love my job. And, I am so greatful for this door that the Lord has opened up for me!! The least I can do is give 110% of myself to try and return the favor!

I'm really getting into my Bible reading again. I've been feeling like God wants me to read from begining to end. I also think that by doing that and by reading so many chapters a day will be such a blessing for me!! I read the first 5 chapters of Genesis as well as the inro, outline, side notes, character skectches of the women, and qutes this evening while Stephen was at his skin doctor. And, eventhough I had a great day....times that 10 fold while I was reading! I just felt so much more at peace and relaxed. Maybe that's why I can hardly keep my eyes open as I type this! :o)

It was SO hot in the office today! It had to have been in the 70s in that place. Of course, I had to wear a beautiful purple turtle neck sweater!! I learned my lesson yet again and will be wearing a white sleevless shirt with a black blazer and a black ankle length skirt with teeny tiny white poka dots. I was going to wear my pink sweater turtle neck sweater (which I just love), but I really don't want another repeat of being too hot.

Tomorrow I would like to pray and listen to see how many chapters a day I should read. Or, I could just read and read and read until I feel that the time is right to stop. My personal goal is atleast 5 chapters a day. It may not seem like a lot, but baby steps are better than no steps. Who knows, maybe one day I just might read and read until I realize that I read 10 chapters and not even realize it! I hope that I will be there some day. I have to stop concentrating on what chapter I'm on and enjoy the blessings that God has for me in this new adventure through His Word!!

I'm thinking of switching my font for this site to something that is more universal. I can view my site correctly from work and I'm not able to download any fonts. I'll have to see. I just love this font, though and I think that it goes perfectly with these graphics!

Well, I'm am no longer able to stay awake for much longer, so I'm going to bid everyone good night!!! Sweet Dreams!! :o)

I got my new Bible yeasterday!!! I'm so happy with it, too! I love how they have an outline in the margin of the inro at the begining of each book of the Bible. They have 52 one page weekly Bible Studies throughout, and also gives outlines of each of the women for that book of the Bible as well! I can't wait to get started on underlining or highlighting. I read one of the pages on the back that gives some care instructions and it tells you to be careful with what type of pen that you use because the ink can "bleed" through since the pages are so thin. Oh well....although I wonder in my gel in pens that are either ball point or roller ball would work? I guess I can "test" the last page with a little dot or something. I woule like to find a green pen or highlighter since the page numbers are green and the outlines, quotes, and other things all have like a greenish floral background too them.

And, today is Super Bowl Sunday!! I would be A LOT more exicted if the Dallas Cowboys were playing, but there's always next year!! Stephen and I will watch it, just because of the comercials they have. And, hopefully they will be much better than last year's. They were horrable last year. At work on Friday, we all wore our fav football gear and jeans. Wanna take a guess on what team I wore...LOL!!! I work a Cowboys t-shirt with a pair of Dallas Cowboys star earings that I got for Christmas from someone at work! If only I had socks to match....I'd be set!! Oh yes, and let's not forget that I have a pendent that says "I love Cowboys"!

I don't think that a lot will be going on today. I'm going to look through my new Bible some more. I have print outs from Biblegate way that have certain words from the Bible...like "do not be agraid" that I would like to go through and see what speaks to me.

Good morning!!

Well, I can't believe that it is February already!! Although, to be honest, I don't think January went by as fast I thought it would have.

Anyway, I ordered my new Bible at the begining of the week. I hope to have it either today or Monday. It's scheduled to be here between the 8th and 10th and was shipping from Ohio. But, Stephen looked on the tracking in on Amazon.com and it said that it has arrived in Runnemede, NJ on the 3rd. I'm not sure how far that is from Williamstown, but I'm almost certain that I will get it before the 8th.

As usual...not much else has been going on. Just the same old, same old at work. We were getting a lot of requests to pull files for audits so far. I think we had 3 or 4 already. Which reallys isn't all that surprising. We get a lot that we have to pull and more than half of the year will go by before we another request for an audit.

I have some cleaning that I would like to get done today, if I can. I'm feeling a little tired this morning, so maybe sometime this afternoon I can get that done.

So, on that note, I guess I should get going. Talk to yas later!!
