My father was one the kindest people I ever knew.
He didn't have a mean bone in his body.
He was loved very much by his family and many friends.
He was the kind of person that would do almost anything for you.
He'd give you the shirt off his back if you asked.
That's how amazing my father was.
He was always there when you needed him and
he had the most wonderful sense of humor.
He always found a way to make you laugh.

I miss my father more every day.
I'm getting married in June of 2002. It'll be bitter sweet
without my father walking me down the isle.
I just can't say enough good things about my father.
He was that amazing.

For Love of Daddy
Strength and love to hold us
Safely in his arms
Feel the warmth of Daddy
Blessed by all his charms
Reaching out to touch us
With love forever there
Joy in this remembrance
A common bond we share
Heart of love and beauty
That shines on us each day
Precious gift we treasure
Within our hearts will stay
No love could be greater
Unselfish and so kind
The special gift of Daddy
Within our souls combined
Smile that shines so brightly
Whenever we are near
Knowing in our hearts that
Each day of life so dear
Proud to be a part of
Love that's always there
Each day a tender blessing
With joy we can't compare.

Celebrating Dad
Strength and understanding
Heart of love so rare
Face that beams with laughter
With happiness to share
Memories are stored now
With every gentle kiss
Each tender hug he offered
My heart remembers this
With love so overwhelming
In pride he will reside
Within my thoughts forever
He's always there to guide
Walking right beside him
Looking up to see
The powerful and mighty
My Dad will always be
There to always comfort
To hold me very close
Forever I'm just a child
Whose love forever grows
With love I now deliver
This joy my heart now holds
The portrait of my Father
Life's treasury of gold.
